Book a walkthrough with your board or operations team.

Tell us who you are, which fair you run, and request up to three times that might work. We will confirm by email — requested times are never a guarantee.

  • About 30 minutes for a product walkthrough, or 1–2 hours for Design Consult + Custom App.
  • Sundays 10:00 AM–8:00 PM ET · most weekdays 4:00–8:00 PM ET.
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays are often limited (4‑H clubs) — evenings only when open.
  • Requested times are preferences only, never a guarantee.
